The AI Support feature within The Inner Podium is powered by large language model technology. All “specialists” presented within the platform are AI-generated and are not real qualified practitioners. They do not hold registrations, qualifications, or professional memberships of any kind.

Content generated by AI Support is based on general best practice in sport performance and is intended to assist coaches and support staff in structuring athlete programmes. It is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.

2. Not Medical Advice

Nothing on The Inner Podium — including but not limited to AI-generated physio plans, nutrition strategies, training programmes, or practitioner notes — constitutes medical advice, physiotherapy advice, dietetic advice, or any other form of regulated professional advice.

For any health, injury, medical, or clinical concern relating to an athlete, you must consult a qualified and registered practitioner. This includes but is not limited to:

Athletes who access this platform do so under the supervision of their coaching and support team. Athletes should follow the instructions of their coach and consult qualified professionals for any medical, clinical, or health concerns.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Inner Podium and its operators accept no liability for any loss, injury, harm, or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise — arising from:

• · Decisions made by coaches, practitioners, or athletes based on platform content
• · Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated plans, notes, or recommendations

The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

5. Data Usage

Athlete data entered into The Inner Podium — including physical metrics, training history, injury records, competition results, and practitioner notes — is used solely for the purpose of providing the platform's services to the coach and athlete accounts associated with that data.

Athlete data is not sold, shared with third parties for commercial purposes, or used to train AI models without explicit consent.

Coaches are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent and authority to enter athlete data into the platform, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
